Established in 1963 by David Stewart, Stewart & Co is a family business on the Belmont Road in East Belfast. Today run by David’s son Charles, daughter Heather and Charles’s wife Karen, the Stewart family still holds dear the underlying principles that started the company 50 years ago.
With a Building Surveying degree and nearly 20 years in property management under his belt, Charles is often the first port of call for advice on all things property related in Belmont Village. With a door always open policy, a strong grounding from his father and a wealth of knowledge gleaned from his own experience, Charles is the backbone of Stewart & Co. Keeping the business small means that Charles is hands-on in all aspects of the company, ably assisted by his family. Clients and Tenants can expect to receive a personal service and excellent continuity of care.

For clients, applicants and tenants – we use the information to provide you with services in relation to contracts entered into and work we are undertaking on your behalf; to provide you with information about services you may be interested in; to help you recall previous transactions and services we provided; to notify you about changes in our services; to make suggestions and recommendations.
For associated companies, contractors & suppliers – we use the information to keep track of previous jobs; to recall previous communications and transactions; to enquire about further services.
For marketing purposes – if we use personal data for marketing it is only where you have opted in for your information to be used in this way eg. e-marketing and newsletters.

Stewart & Co does not sell, rent or deal in any of the information we hold and only gives out data to third parties with the permission of the individual.
